The Baltimore City Community Action Partnership (BCCAP) is leading Baltimore City’s Security Deposit Assistance.

To receive assistance for your tenant from this program, you must complete Supplier Registration in Workday. The application must be approved before payment can be issued. If you already have an approved account in the Workday portal, please follow up with your Human Services worker with your Workday ID number.
